Zoom Drain

This is the second time I’ve engaged this firm. They are prompt, responsive, & professional. I had a small backup in my shower. I thought that they would open the clean out and snake the line. However Ryan, the mechanic that they sent to my house suggested that he put a camera in the line first as it might not have to be snaked. He found no obstructions, and suggested that perhaps the city had been doing some work down the line that might have caused the backup. I was happy to pay for the camera inspection which is less cos then cleaning the drain. This is my second positive experience with Zoom Drain, and I highly recommend them.

Mariano of Zoom Drain and his assisting tech were wonderful. They were extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient. They explained to us how they would diagnose and fix our problem, and made sure our facilities were completely put back without us having to clean up. Happily recommend them!

They have the latest equiptment on the truck. They located the problem and went right to work. The crew was excellent and when done left area spotless. I reached out to Zoom Drain to have a drain unclogged and they came out the very next day. On time, efficient and straight to the point. All of our drains are now fully functional thanks their expertise in the matte. Also, they were very clear in explaining how to prevent this from happening in the future.

I had two buried downspouts that had no apparent spill out boxes. Zoom Drain was very professional on the phone making an appointment the same day. Mariano and his team came out and jet washed both buried corrugated pipes. Through this process they found to pop-up spill out boxes that were hidden by dirt and grass that had overgrown the boxes through the years. The process and results were great. Highly recommend.

Two guys showed up. Covered their boots with protection before the entered my home. They listened intently to my concerns. They explained mostly everything in advance. I asked additional questions and they answered them. They put down protective mats before starting. They removed the toilet, put the zoom camera down the drain and replaced the toilet after the 100 foot inspection. They cleanup everything when they finished the job.

Today I had an urgent service call from my client and reached out to Zoom Drain of Broward for help. From the start, Samantha and later on Mariano, were incredibly knowledgeable, courteous and very eager to help. They jumped fast at the problem, dispatched their team and got it done ever even after finding that the drain was clogged with concrete.Their professionalism and dedication exceeded my expectations.
